3. Acceptance of Terms

You accept these Terms when you access Launchpad.meme, connect a wallet, create a token, buy or sell a token, use a token page, interact with communities, post content, use livestreaming or chat, submit support requests, or otherwise use the platform.

You also agree to our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, notices, or feature-specific terms that may apply to certain parts of the platform.

If you use Launchpad.meme on behalf of a company, organization, project, community, or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Eligibility

You may use Launchpad.meme only if you are legally allowed to use crypto, blockchain, wallet, trading, and token services under the laws that apply to you.

You must not use Launchpad.meme if you are under the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, if you are prohibited from using crypto services, or if your use would violate applicable laws or regulations.

The available features may change over time. We may add, remove, pause, modify, restrict, or discontinue features at any time.

Launchpad.meme may display user-generated tokens, user-generated content, public blockchain data, market data, and third-party information. Displaying a token or content on Launchpad.meme does not mean we endorse, verify, recommend, guarantee, or sponsor it.

6. Wallets and Blockchain

Launchpad.meme uses wallet-based interactions. You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, recovery phrase, device security, browser security, wallet approvals, and transaction confirmations.

Launchpad.meme does not control your wallet and cannot recover your wallet, reverse your wallet approvals, or restore lost funds.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Before approving any transaction, you must carefully review the details shown in your wallet and on the platform.

You understand that blockchain networks, RPC providers, wallets, validators, block producers, explorers, indexers, bridges, DEXs, and third-party services may experience downtime, congestion, errors, delays, or failures.

7. Decentralized Blockchain

Decentralized blockchain means a lot to us. Launchpad.meme is built around wallet-based access, public on-chain activity, transparent markets, and user-controlled crypto interactions.

At the same time, decentralization means that certain actions cannot be undone by Launchpad.meme. Public blockchain records may remain available permanently. Token contracts, transaction signatures, wallet activity, and on-chain metadata may be visible to anyone.

You understand that decentralization may involve risks, including irreversible transactions, public wallet activity, smart contract vulnerabilities, liquidity risk, market manipulation, bot activity, high volatility, and lack of centralized recovery.

8. Trading Risk

Crypto trading is highly risky. Meme tokens are especially risky and may lose most or all of their value.

Token prices may move quickly because of low liquidity, bonding curve mechanics, speculation, bots, whales, creator actions, market sentiment, social media, technical issues, exploits, or manipulation.

You may lose all funds used to buy, create, trade, or interact with tokens. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Launchpad.meme does not guarantee profit, liquidity, token safety, creator honesty, trading volume, market cap, graduation, DEX migration, price stability, or continued availability of any market.

9. No Financial, Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice

Launchpad.meme does not provide financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or trading advice.

Any token page, chart, market cap, trading feed, holder data, community post, livestream, comment, ranking, search result, trending page, or platform feature is for informational and functional purposes only.

You are responsible for doing your own research and consulting qualified professionals when needed.

10. Token Creation

If you create a token on Launchpad.meme, you are responsible for the token name, ticker, image, metadata, description, links, project claims, community content, livestreams, promotional materials, and all related activity.

You must not create tokens that are illegal, fraudulent, misleading, impersonating another person or brand, infringing intellectual property rights, promoting hate or violence, containing malware, encouraging illegal activity, or violating these Terms.

You must not misrepresent a token as being endorsed, verified, sponsored, audited, partnered, or approved by Launchpad.meme unless we clearly state that in writing.

You are responsible for complying with laws that may apply to token creation, token promotion, securities, consumer protection, advertising, tax, intellectual property, sanctions, and financial regulation.

11. Trader Responsibilities

As a trader, you are responsible for your own wallet, approvals, slippage settings, transaction amounts, trading decisions, and risk management.

You must check token details, wallet prompts, transaction data, market information, liquidity, creator information, and any other information you consider important before trading.

You understand that charts, prices, market cap, liquidity, holder counts, trade feeds, volume, and token metadata may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, manipulated, or affected by technical issues.

You must not rely on Launchpad.meme as your only source of information before making trading decisions.

12. Fees

Launchpad.meme may charge fees for token creation, trading, swaps, platform usage, creator fees, protocol fees, migration, livestreaming, premium features, or other services.

Blockchain networks may also charge gas, priority fees, rent, compute fees, validator fees, or other network fees. These fees are not always controlled by Launchpad.meme.

Fees may change over time. You are responsible for reviewing fees before approving a transaction.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees and blockchain transaction costs are generally non-refundable.

13. Transactions

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once submitted, confirmed, or finalized. Launchpad.meme cannot guarantee that any transaction will succeed, confirm quickly, execute at an expected price, or avoid slippage.

Transactions may fail or execute differently than expected because of network congestion, wallet issues, slippage, insufficient balance, RPC errors, smart contract behavior, bonding curve movement, bot activity, MEV-like behavior, chain reorganization, third-party services, or other technical factors.

You are responsible for checking wallet prompts and transaction details before signing.

14. Market Data, Charts, and Rankings

Launchpad.meme may display market data, charts, prices, market cap, volume, holders, trades, trending tokens, token rankings, liquidity information, graduation progress, and other analytics.

Market data may be calculated from blockchain data, internal systems, third-party services, indexers, cached data, or realtime events. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or affected by technical issues.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or reliability of market data. You should verify important information independently before trading.

15. Communities and Social Features

Launchpad.meme may provide communities, comments, posts, replies, likes, follows, watchlists, saved lists, reports, polls, quests, holder-gated features, and moderation tools.

You are responsible for content you post. You must not post content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, misleading, spammy, malicious, infringing, pornographic, exploitative, or otherwise harmful.

Community owners and moderators may have tools to manage communities, but Launchpad.meme may also moderate, restrict, hide, remove, or investigate content or accounts where needed.

Public posts, comments, profiles, token pages, livestream chats, and community content may be seen, copied, screenshotted, indexed, or archived by others.

16. Livestreaming and Chat

If livestreaming or chat features are available, you are responsible for your stream content, chat messages, behavior, promotions, claims, and compliance with applicable laws.

You must not use livestreaming or chat for threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, violence, malware, private data leaks, or other harmful activity.

Launchpad.meme may restrict, remove, disable, or moderate livestreams or chat when we believe it is necessary for safety, compliance, abuse prevention, user protection, or platform integrity.

17. Uploads and Media

You may be able to upload token images, avatars, banners, GIFs, community media, livestream media, or other files.

You must only upload content that you have the right to use. You must not upload malware, phishing files, illegal content, copyrighted material without permission, private personal information, violent extremist content, abusive content, or files designed to harm users or infrastructure.

We may reject, resize, compress, convert, scan, hide, remove, or restrict uploads for safety, technical, moderation, legal, or platform reasons.

18. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Launchpad.meme to:

• upload malware, exploit code, malicious files, or harmful links;
• attack, overload, scrape, exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform;
• poison databases, fake transactions, manipulate charts, manipulate feeds, or submit false market data;
• harass, threaten, abuse, dox, or intimidate others;
• post hate, violent, exploitative, sexually abusive, or illegal content;
• bypass rate limits, access controls, security checks, or moderation systems;

19. Security

You are responsible for securing your wallet, device, browser, email, accounts, passwords, private keys, seed phrases, and recovery phrases.

You must not attempt to bypass, disable, overload, interfere with, exploit, or compromise Launchpad.meme, its smart contracts, infrastructure, APIs, databases, realtime systems, upload systems, or security controls.

If you discover a security issue, report it responsibly to info@launchpad.meme. Do not exploit the issue, access data that is not yours, harm users, or publicly disclose the issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to review it.

20. Third-Party Services

Launchpad.meme may interact with third-party services, including wallets, blockchain networks, RPC providers, indexers, explorers, DEXs, bridges, hosting providers, CDN providers, security providers, livestreaming providers, analytics providers, support tools, and external websites.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their actions, downtime, security, accuracy, fees, content, terms, privacy policies, or failures.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

21. Availability and Changes to the Platform

Launchpad.meme may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or changed at any time. We may perform maintenance, update features, restrict access, modify systems, pause functionality, or discontinue parts of the platform.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, realtime delivery, perfect chart loading, permanent storage, continuous token availability, or compatibility with every wallet, browser, device, chain, or third-party service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, and error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that tokens are safe, profitable, legitimate, liquid, audited, compliant, or free from bugs, exploits, manipulation, or malicious behavior.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launchpad.meme, LAUNCHPAD GmbH, and their directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes loss of funds, loss of tokens, lost profits, trading losses, failed transactions, wallet compromise, smart contract issues, market manipulation, downtime, data loss, security incidents, third-party failures, or reliance on platform information.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we may update the “Last updated” date, post a notice on the website, or notify users through appropriate platform channels.

Your continued use of Launchpad.meme after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
