PancakeSwap V3 uses concentrated-liquidity concepts similar to other V3 AMMs: fee tiers, ticks, initialized pools and NFT liquidity positions.
Fee tier
The pool fee is part of the pool identity and controls the trading fee charged by that pool. A launch contract should use the fee tier it was designed and tested for.
Position manager
Liquidity is commonly minted through a nonfungible position manager. The resulting NFT represents ownership and management rights over the position.
Swap router
First buys and later swaps can route through the V3 router. Contract integrations must match the deployed router ABI exactly or transaction simulation will revert.
Verification
Check the pool, fee tier, position owner, WBNB pairing and swap events directly on BNB Chain after launch.
How to verify the mechanism in practice
Start from the token contract and follow the launch transaction rather than relying on a dashboard label. The transaction logs usually reveal the contracts that received assets, the pool that was initialized and the transfers that created the market. For concentrated-liquidity pools, also inspect the position manager and position owner. For bonding launches, inspect the curve contract and the state or event that defines graduation.
When a wallet predicts a revert, do not treat the warning as cosmetic. Gas estimation and simulation can expose a wrong router ABI, invalid tick, insufficient allowance, expired deadline, impossible minimum output or another contract-level condition. Cancel the transaction, reproduce it with the same calldata using an RPC simulation, and decode the revert before trying again.
Mechanism checklist
- Confirm the exact chain and contract addresses.
- Separate token valuation from real pool liquidity.
- Identify who owns or locks the LP asset.
- Check the fee tier and fee recipients.
- Inspect minimum-output or deadline protections where relevant.
- Use explorer events to confirm that the interface matches onchain state.
